“Many times, our customers approach us with a general design idea and vague raw material requirements. Our Application Specialist team works closely with the engineering team to nominate raw material and refine part drawings to ensure production feasibility. This process involves collaborating with multiple vendors to source sample materials and running several iterations of the same part until the customer is satisfied.

Our engineering/estimating team responds quickly and typically has part samples shipped within a few days of getting sample material in from our vendors. In many cases, we can use sample stock that we currently have by utilizing our extensive sample cabinet to speed up the process.”
